malleolar infrasyndesmotic fracture(unifocal)

malleolar infrasyndesmotic fracture, unifocal (44-A1) − подсиндесмозный унифокальный перелом лодыжек; относится к группе подсиндесмозных повреждений лодыжек (см. malleolar infrasyndesmotic fracture) и подразделяется на 3 группы: 44-A1.1 – разрыв таранно-малоберцовой связки (rupture of the lateral collateral ligaments), 44-A1.2 – отрыв верхушки латеральной лодыжки (avulsion of the tip of the lateral malleolus), 44-A1.3 – поперечный перелом латеральной лодыжки (transverse fracture of the lateral malleolus).
